Return Policy

We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price within 7 days of shipment  (excluding Frt and/or shipping charges) on any product we sell if you are not satisfied . With the exception of Insect Light Traps,Electric Grid Insect Light Electrocutor's, Cartridge Fly Traps and Fly Web Fly Lights.


  • You must notify us via E Mail within 7 days of shipment of product @ customercare@firstchoiceokc.com that you are requesting a return. We will E Mail you a return authorization number that must be plainly written on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without Return authorization number.
  • Insect Light Traps,Electric Grid Insect Light Electrocutor's, Cartridge Fly Traps and Fly Web Fly Lights can only be returned  if they are defective. These products can only be exchanged for like products.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED VIA UPS or FedEx, USPS RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!

  • Returns after 7 days will incur a restocking charge of 25% of the original purchase price.  NO  REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 30 DAYS

  • Product must be returned in original condition and working order. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN NEW CONDITION, SHOW SIGNS OF USE OR NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any returns that are not eligible for refund will be returned to original purchaser plus shipping cost.

  • All returns must be prepaid, no COD or collect shipments will be accepted.

  • Refunds will be made to original credit card that was used to  purchase product. NO CASH REFUND.

  • Defective products: You must contact the manufacturer of the product to arrange for warranty repair or replacement.

  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your credit card will be credited accordingly.

  • Eligible Refunds will be made within 2 business days of receipt of product into our warehouse.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND DOORSTEP DROP-OFF DELIVERY POLICY

By placing your order with FirstChoiceOKC, and unless otherwise demanded by you our customer, you are agreeing to what is called a "doorstep drop off" which means that in most cases, if no one is available to receive your shipment, it will be left on your doorstep in accordance with most carriers policies.

If your order is traceable to your shipping address by the shipping carrier and is not found or is lost or stolen, FirstChoiceOKC assumes no responsibility and will not refund your package. If your order has signature confirmation and is signed for by a person at the shipping address but is not delivered to the purchaser, FirstchoiceOKC assumes no responsibility. If you live in a multi-family complex or you will not be there when your package is delivered, we recommend that you contact us and purchase signature confirmation for your package.
